Customer Solution Engineer (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of technical challenges;
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions;
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Work with our Sales team to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions by leveraging our existing product offerings and frameworks;
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, assisting with RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries, including security posture analysis and policy compliance related topics;
  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of our products and stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors;
  • Gather and share client feedback with Product teams to empower product improvements and inform future roadmap decisions;
  • Develop and maintain a proactive library of sales enablement materials, such as product guides, case studies, and FAQs;
  • You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success;
  • Provide engineering support for customer integration projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Any cybersecurity qualifications are not required, but a plus, ie. CISSP, CISM, SSCP or others
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for sales;
  • Motivated self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a desire for success;
  • Demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn and develop with your team;
  • Great presentation skills for technical solutions;
  • Good technical understanding;
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills;
  • Conceptual thinking and result orientation;
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
  • Experience in working remotely with international team.

Required Qualifications:

  • You give a strong understanding of technologies related to the offering of ONEKEY;
  • Excellent understanding of software development processes and how to ingest security into them;
  • Ability to work closely with end-users in a sales, services or support capability;
  • Experience in process automation (e.g., Jira, GitLab, Python);
  • Fluent German and English in speaking and writing.
